Called them to get a 2nd opinion on my well pump needing replaced. They came in spent 20 mins tested every wire and were able to figure out that the pipe outside had frozen over. They saved us from a very expensive repair. My only regret is that I did not call them first.

The worse thing a landlord can hear is: "Hey there's no water!" With 2 sets of tenants - one with a new baby, I needed help fast. I called these guys in a panic as my pump was failing and functioning sporadically. They showed up early the next day. Of course it happened in subzero weather with 12 inches of snow on the ground. And yes they needed to dig down 4 feet for part of the fix. That didn't bother them in the least. They diagnosed the problem within a half hour and began the corrections immediately. Their work was excellent and at a good price. I highly recommend them.
